I trialed a couple of apps before coming across Junip. I found them hard to navigate and couldn't figure out if they would do exactly what I needed. When I signed up to trial Junip, Marcus reached out straight away, introduced himself and offered his help should I need any assistance. He answered all my questions super quick and confirmed Junip could be used for site reviews instead of product reviews (which is exactly what I wanted). He also offered to set up the reviews on my website since my knowledge with this sort of thing is very limited! So far I'm very happy with how Junip looks on my website and that you can customise it to suit your theme. Really looking forward to receiving reviews with Junip now that I am all set up. Easy to get set up, team is super helpful and responsive to questions. We refuse to pay for Yotpo and were previously using Reviews.io, which was fine but somewhat fragile. With Junip now being a Google-sanctioned aggregator, this made switching and trying something new an easy choice. Hope they continue to innovate and add better features to their strong base.

We've only just started using this app so my rating is more a reflection on the service than its usability. The service has been above and beyond and having just moved over from Trustpilot we are excited to see all of the things Junip can do. We have a difficult store set up and it's the first one that's been able to accommodate that for us.

We are loving Junip so far. Have tried a few of the other larger and maybe more widely known review apps and so far Junip beats them in all categories.

Junip was easy to integrate, they had a great support staff and we saw immediate reviews after launching a campaign.

On-boarding has been great. Going live today. Solid interactions with the team so far and I have corresponded with them considerably on styling and the Klaviyo integration. So far a much better experience than I've had with several other providers in the space.
