Junip is a fantastic review platform with everything you need for your store.
Marcus and the team are oustanding and will help with anything you need.
We had a few website issues and Marcus spent his morning assisting us, he was super helpful and I couldn't have ask for more.

Set up was simple and I love that it integrates with Klaviyo. The few questions I did have, I used the chat line for and Marcus was a tremendous help! He stayed on chat with me for about an hour walking me through the process.

Junip is easy to use, works well, great support. Our original review system was clunky and more expensive. Glad we made the switch!

Best review app and its not even close. Everyone else's UX is so convoluted (did I spell that right?) but this is not the case with Junip. They also have the best customer support team in the world and so setting up with them was so easy. 20/10 would recommend to everyone needing a Shopify review app. Stuart is specifically a customer support rock star
