I was coming from an app that does not integrate easily with Shopify. I did a lot of research on all of the apps to see which ones integrate well with shopify and google and have good reviews and fair prices. I chose Junip over all the others. It was so easy to install and the prices are more than fair. The people on the chat are super knowledgeable with English as their native language and they had me up and running in no time. This is a great app. I highly recommend it.

Had to make a sudden last minute switch from Okendo. So far, Junip has been lightyears better. Mainly their customer service is incredibly helpful and the app has more of what I need while at the same time is more affordable for my small business. Just wish I found Junip sooner.

I recently installed Junip and had issues importing the reviews from my previous platform. The customer service was extremely helpful and they quickly resolved the problem. Highly recommend this app!

Super easy setup and install. Right off the bat, Junip will prompt you to have them send review-requests out on your behalf - which is insanely helpful if you're a store implementing reviews for the first time.

The widget looks great on my site, and does not feel as though it intrudes anywhere. Super happy I got this installed.
