just started using this app- so far so good. Easy to transfer previous reviews and great friendly customer service which is a huge plus.

Amazing customer service and super advanced product that is priced way better than the incumbents like Stamped that are built on old technology and have poor customer service. Love Junip!

Great review app! Amazing support from Malvina who walked me through injecting the review star summary code into our Shopify theme.

I was previously on another review platform that was much more expensive and not user-friendly. Junip is very easy to navigate and use and at a great price.

So far so good! Had some issues with uploading media when importing reviews but support agent Leah was very patient and helpful.

I haven’t had any issues whatsoever, it was easy to set up, my customers have found it easy to use, I like that it sends an automated mail requesting the review (one less thing to worry about), the support too has been great, this might sound minute but I like that I could customise the colour of the stars to match my brand colours, the fact that the reviews are on the home page actually makes a difference for new customers.
