Helped switch us over from Yotpo easy peasy. Easier UI than Yotpo, cheaper, and came highly regarded from a friend of ours. Don't wait, make the switch!

Best review app out there. Super thoughtful design of both the UI, and features. Junip just gets it. I have tried "them all," when it comes to review & UGC apps. If you have or work with a DTC brand, I highly recommend you switch to/start with Junip.

Update: Junip graciously refunded the charges. Much appreciated. I haven't seen Junip work exactly right, but I am encouraged by the strong customer support.

A bit expensive but does what it says on the thin. I have tired other review apps and I prefer this one the most.

Best review app and its not even close. Everyone else's UX is so convoluted (did I spell that right?) but this is not the case with Junip. They also have the best customer support team in the world and so setting up with them was so easy. 20/10 would recommend to everyone needing a Shopify review app. Stuart is specifically a customer support rock star
