Signed up for the app on recommendation from our developer friend. So far it's very easy to use and the customer service is helpful and responsive!

Junip has been so easy to install and use. Setting the branding on my template was super simple and the campaigns just run themselves. All I have to do is go in and approve and reply to the reviews. I even got my first review with a photo today. So cool.

Easy to set up and use, great tools available even on a free plan and the support team have been excellent!

Really good and full-featured app at a good price, especially when looking for more advanced features like syndicating reviews across multiple stores. The onboarding support was excellent and got us up and running quickly.

Everything was fine until my physical address was released..now there is no way to remove it. I am not happy.

**Updated review; after being contacted by Stuart, and troubleshooting alternatives to remove my residential address I am satisfied. Even though my request was unable to be rectified due to legalities, the Junip team has gone above and beyond to assist me and make sure I am please with their app.
I will keep the Junip app on my website for reviews, but will not send any campaigns out until I am able to have my own storefront.

I used this app and its very good. It provides a lot of option and the free plans works perfectly fine
