Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

I appreciate that this app for the most part is pretty simple to use and understand. I'm not super tech savvy, and there are some features that take a little more time for me to understand, but that is on me to figure out. The app overall is pretty good.

I would recommend, but I do not like that a customer has a 2 step process to leave a review. I do not believe they should have to go back to their email to confirm that they want to leave a review - otherwise, the review will not display on your website. Problems exist like them not being notified by their email provider, not wanting to think about it after submitting, or simply not receiving the email fast enough (most likely due to strength of internet). It limits the amount of reviews that you could have. If it's to possibly weed out illegitimate reviews, I'm sure there's another fix for that.

I didn't realize customers have to verify their review by email which feels like an extra step not everyone will want to take (or know they have to do) but I do appreciate that the app has a mostly free option with very customizable interfaces!

Great tool, once it will be completely customizable with the language i will defently give this one 5 stars, they also kind and helpful support staff.

Easy to set up and great support when needed. Highly recommended and the only reason it's not 5 star is the relatively low awareness of Junip in the UK, otherwise great app.
