Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

On-boarding has been great. Going live today. Solid interactions with the team so far and I have corresponded with them considerably on styling and the Klaviyo integration. So far a much better experience than I've had with several other providers in the space.

Junip is the best Shopify application of its kind. If you are looking for such an application and you choose Junip, you can rest assured that it works very well. The integration with Klaviyo is also perfect. I would also like to underline the great role of the support team of Marcus. In conclusion, by installing Junip you make the best possible choice.

So far so good, transitioned from stamped, due to pricing and interface. Happy with the move so far. The interface is much more responsive and easy to use. Grouping product reviews actually WORKS unlike stamped.
Wish they had more display widgets so I could recreate some of the stuff I had with stamped, like email footer widget, just a widget on the homepage that shows total reviews and aggregate rating. I recreated it but had to do some hacky CSS and JS.

Really easy to implement and great support. But is lacking some customizations features that would make the reviews perform better in my opinion. Such as bigger bold review headings, star color customization at top and bottom (If needed to be separate). Just a few little things. But overall, great app.

Junip integrates seamlessly on our site to personalise the front end. In the back-end, we've got total visibility to track key metrics and manage reviews.

Stuart & the team take customer support to the next level! They've gone out of their way to help us get up and running and they respond to support queries in MINUTES. I'm excited to see the features they'll roll out next on Junip.

I can't remember if I had an issue with this app, but I ended up going with another app that I was already using. I am leaving this review based on their customer service. Very kind, friendly and understanding. There were some misunderstandings from another developer, which Stuart advised very kindly. I have no doubt this is an amazing app, but certainly their customer service is enough to make me want to come back again. We need more people like Stuart. Wishing them much success.

Intuitive and fast for building social proof out the box! I was set up and integrated within no time and was able to push reviews based on customer order history. The emails generate an itemized list of products they have purchased and upon receiving a confirmed review, an incentive discount is sent.
