Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

5 stars for superb customer service alone. I left a review due to some issues I was having with connectivity and showing my review (that I was able to rectify), but the change is my review is based on Marcus C who wrote me MORE THAN ONCE to make sure I felt supported. You don't find that level of support for a business as small as mine. Not only did he offer to support me himself, he left instructions on how to follow up in the future. Things happen, technology fumbles, but customer service goes A LONG WAY with me. Junip has a gem with Marcus C. Thank you!

We migrated all our store reviews from Ryviu to Junip and the process was as quick and simple as it comes! Adam was super helpful and efficient in our comms and everything was done in less than a week.

Best review app and its not even close. Everyone else's UX is so convoluted (did I spell that right?) but this is not the case with Junip. They also have the best customer support team in the world and so setting up with them was so easy. 20/10 would recommend to everyone needing a Shopify review app. Stuart is specifically a customer support rock star

So far I like the app. Haven't explored its full functionality yet so my 5 stars is pretty much overrated. However in terms of the free plan which I've been using, I've definitely been receiving great reviews from my customers based on the automatic product emails. That's definitely a feature that I enjoy. I intend to upgrade to a paid plan and see if that makes a difference in my overall review goals for my store.

This app is very easy to set-up and straight to the point. I started getting reviews the very first day I added it to my site.

I can't recommend Junip enough. We first started with Yotpo, then switched to Okendo but we weren't thrilled with the design customizability nor the ease of review submissions. We switched to Junip and got up and running within days. Their team matched our brand aesthetic exactly and we immediately saw an uptick in review submission rates! I highly recommend.
