Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

I couldn't wait to leave a review for our review software, and I'm so overjoyed to have reviews on site now! The small team at Junip has been really kind and enthusiastic, ready to jump on a call to help us out at a moment's notice. Malvina, Stuart, and Marcus are the best!

Powerful for us, simple and intuitive for customers. Admin portal is clean and easy to use, Klaviyo integration works just like it should.

Easy to get set up, team is super helpful and responsive to questions. We refuse to pay for Yotpo and were previously using Reviews.io, which was fine but somewhat fragile. With Junip now being a Google-sanctioned aggregator, this made switching and trying something new an easy choice. Hope they continue to innovate and add better features to their strong base.

We've only just started using this app so my rating is more a reflection on the service than its usability. The service has been above and beyond and having just moved over from Trustpilot we are excited to see all of the things Junip can do. We have a difficult store set up and it's the first one that's been able to accommodate that for us.

The support is great and the app is easy to use; I'm very pleased with it and look forward to using it in the future as my business grows.

Still learning could be more friendly having issues seeing reviews ppl say they left and I go to see them and nothing is there so idk
