Amazing customer support! Very helpful and quick to respond. The reviews look really nice on page, too, and are very customizable. The only thing we are missing is a feature to change the language/translate some steps in the review process.

It is a great application. I recommend this to everyone.

As we scaled the program, there were some things that we wish this app had that we needed, like the ability to hide individual images for reviews and deep klaviyo integration. I'm sure the team is working on this but at this time we need to move on.

Junip is literally everything we wanted for reviews for our small business! Fully customizable creative, affordable, a backend that is easy to use AND set up, AND google shopping syndication (which took some trial and error but the customer support team helped us through everything!) The level of personal support during setup is amazing, Malvina in particular was amazing!
