Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

Junip is a beautiful app that puts customer experience first and despite our theme being highly customized and not off the shelf whatsoever, the onboarding process has been truly amazing and painless. We switched to Junip from another (larger) review platform and haven't looked back since. So glad we did because the customer / merchant interface is way more aesthetic, customisable, logical and the best thing of all is that the cost of Junip is 1/4 cheaper than what I used to pay!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We switched to Junip from Yotpo a year ago and couldn't be happier. The Junip platform is far easier to use and their customer setup/support is 10/10. The reviews are also much better formatted for mobile. Highly recommend!

The app is buttery smooth and the support responsive. I experienced zero friction tooling this service. I think this app is just as good as, or better than, other bloated product and store reviews apps such as Yotpo. I highly recommend this app.

Incredibly helpful at the start and throughout. Made an easy transition and, unlike so many other apps, they provide out-of-the-box customization even at the lower tiers. Customer service is prompt, helpful, and detailed.
