I'm probably one of many "refugees" abandoning the sinking ship that is Stamped and finding a new home. Customer Service was super helpful with onboarding, getting my reviews imported properly, and all my various questions. The review widget itself is much lighter than Stamped resulting in faster speed times for my pages. LOVE the ability to send the review requests via Klaviyo. The admin has great UX and very user friendly.

Features I wish they had or would add:
-Native integration with Loyalty Lion to be able to give rewards points for reviews
-UGC carousels integrated with social media channels to pull tagged photos over from and create carousels from those photos

Junip is a great review app, their on site widgets, review interface and mobile friendliness really make it stand out from the rest of the apps out there. The free plan is great if you are just starting out. They also have live support available on their back-end admin side which is really helpful.

So far, the best reviews application I've seen for Shopify. Clean emails, clean UX, clean management, clean automation flows, etc., etc., etc. Quick install, seamless output to the theme, and fast response times. Junip was the 4th app I tried, and I haven't even considered looking for another after getting it setup.

Pros: Simple app with clean UI (unlike yotpo and stamped), great support (whether you're a dev, or regular store owner) and their team is friendly. Integrated with Google snippets (a lot of apps don't).

Cons: I'm not a big fan of order-based pricing so I hope in the future they get rid of this and price it based on features (much more reasonable).

I had trouble getting out reviews to display on our new Shopify theme but Marcus on the Live Chat had it sorted in under 5 minutes and showed me how to add them in future myself too. Excellent service, thank you!

Junip has been easy to integrate and use with our site. We had trouble importing some of our previous reviews but the support was top notch and super patient with us. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to add product reviews to their site. Thanks Marcus for all your help!

I was coming from an app that does not integrate easily with Shopify. I did a lot of research on all of the apps to see which ones integrate well with shopify and google and have good reviews and fair prices. I chose Junip over all the others. It was so easy to install and the prices are more than fair. The people on the chat are super knowledgeable with English as their native language and they had me up and running in no time. This is a great app. I highly recommend it.

I looked into just about every review app out there, and Junip topped the list. After using it for 8 months, we've gotten dozens of reviews on our upstart shop. Marcus and the support team are a pleasure to work with. They really know their stuff, esp. with Klaviyo integrations in our case. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

Great support team. They installed the app on a custom theme within 24 hours. Everything works the way it should and it's also a huge improvement in speed over the previous review app we were using.
