I'm still a small store, but I've worked hard at collecting reviews and Junip makes it very easy! They have a nice free plan for getting started. I like collecting reviews via QR code, direct link, and of course the automation that emails customers after purchase. Junip - help us little guys out with more feature access so we can keep learning how to optimize the store of our dreams!

Easy to use tool for gathering reviews! We also really appreciate the support we get from our Junip rep in maximizing review gathering campaigns, troubleshooting when needed, etc.

Although this app wasn't the perfect fit for me, it truly is an amazing app! You are also able to customize it to your branding which is nice. I had the opportunity to speak to Marcus who answered any questions and concerns that I was having about the app. He gave me all the clarification I needed and I will be redownloading in the future when it fits my needs!

If you are on an expensive, stagnant or slow page speed reviews app you should just make the switch. With the support of the Junip team and their tools and automation we were able to fully migrate in a week and cancel our old service. The Klaviyo integration is really seamless and easy to set up from the start and we really didn't lose any time because we can also send campaigns to purchasers who purchased while we were mid-migration. Everything about using the product from the end user experience and the UI for managing is 5 start. If your unhappy with your current provider don't wait, just make the switch and you'll be glad you did.

I love how easy and seamless the Junip set up was. It was super easy to transfer from our previous review app without interruption. I am very satisfied with the app!

So far, my experience has been pretty good. I really like how robust the process is for users to easily upload media from their phones.

Junip is a 5-star review platform. Over many years, we had previously used Reviews.io, Stamped.io, Shopper Approved and Yotpo. We switched to Junip in 2022 partly because of the DEEP, DEEP integration with Klaviyo, as well as the on-page widgets (display UGC/reviews on site). It is also a very lean app -- page speed is not a concern as it was with other apps. The few times we needed support team, they were fast and professional. Can't say that for the others. We've been with Junip now for almost a year and we are thrilled with the product, and the opt-in rate for the review survey exceeds all other apps we had used. 5-stars!

Junip has been great for us. Easy to use with really helpful onboarding. The support staff have been fantastic and friendly as well :)
Can't recommend enough.

We recently migrated from Stamped to Junip and I was impressed with Junip's documentation and excellent chat support during that process. So far, been very happy with Junip. Would highly recommend to anyone that uses Stamped and is looking for a better reviews app.
