Junip is without a doubt the best and easiest (and best value) review platform there is.
We've tried them all (Yotpo, Okendo, Shopify free, etc.) and Junip beats them on every from: onboarding/setup, the actual request flow, price, support, integration ease, customization.
It's the only platform I ever recommend to founders/teams when they ask. So if you're considering the options, try Junip before everything else and you'll save a lot of time, headache, and money.
A full-featured review app with very reasonable pricing. Have used their support a few times and found them extremely helpful.
In particular we like and use:
- Review syndication from our B2C site to our B2B site
- Klaviyo email flows for review requests (including a review event in Klaviyo we can use)
- Product groupings/families for aggregating reviews
- Structured data on reviews like age and skin type for the reviewer
- Easy CSS customization
Overall, really solid and glad I made the switch about 2 years ago.
I've been a long-time user of Junip, and I recommend it to every founder who asks. It just works exactly how you would hope it does, and we get more reviews as a result of their sleek review request system. We have used the most expensive options in the space, and we regret not moving to Junip earlier. It is a great value and the team is genuinely enjoyable to work with.
Such a great reviews platform with a solid integration with klaviyo. Boosted our UGC capture rate on review emails by almost 30% with cross device capture.
The Junip team is always very responsive and helpful when building strategies for workflows and helping with selective exports based on products (really hard to get in other providers)

A few months we migrated over to Junip from our previous provider, and we have been very happy with not only the platform, but the customer service.
Malvina has been a godsend from the beginning. Onboarding was a breeze and any time I have any questions, Junip is great about providing support.
Additionally, we been continuing to increase our reviews anywhere from 100-200 a week, which has been great!
10/10 Would recommend.

This is a great app and really helpful customer service! Especially helpful when migrating my reviews from one account to another.
Amazing customer support! Very helpful and quick to respond. The reviews look really nice on page, too, and are very customizable. The only thing we are missing is a feature to change the language/translate some steps in the review process.
