A really good review app and well priced so no matter where you are in regards to your store it has a lot to offer. Support goes above and beyond for any issues you may be having whether it be installation or use.

Easy to set up and great support when needed. Highly recommended and the only reason it's not 5 star is the relatively low awareness of Junip in the UK, otherwise great app.

I'm liking Junip more and more. Been using over a year, no issues and the updates have been helpful. It's like having an assistant. The emails sent to customer that purchased from my store are always sent in a timely fashion, which I love the fact its hands off and dine for me. Junip is definitely worth it.

you're paying for the response time, great product, excellent back end, well coded machine that does only good things for your store. Don't sleep on what reviews can do for you on Shopify OFF of shopify with integrations with google store and meta.

We really like using Junip. It integrates really well with Shopify and makes it really easy to manage our reviews. It also integrates with Gorgias quite well for CS.

I've never left a review for an app before but honestly, this one deserves it. We have used Junip for going on 4 years now and they have been nothing but great. It's easy to use, easy for our customers to use, and looks great on the website. Its 100% worth the money. It gets a little pricey when you start getting a lot of monthly orders but honestly, its worth it, our customers love it. If you are wondering if you should get this app to host your reviews, you should.

The app does a lot of nice tasks like gathering reviews and helping you show them on your site but there is confusion because not all of the reviews are showing on google and the support is not very nice or helpful. I asked why some of the reviews are missing and never heard back. And the links to check your products are wrong in the admin. That would be ok except I have to pay $70 per month which is very expensive.

Super easy to use and the automation makes my life easier as a business owner. The reviews come pouring in without me lifting a finger and its all thanks to Junip!

Junip is without a doubt the best and easiest (and best value) review platform there is.

We've tried them all (Yotpo, Okendo, Shopify free, etc.) and Junip beats them on every from: onboarding/setup, the actual request flow, price, support, integration ease, customization.

It's the only platform I ever recommend to founders/teams when they ask. So if you're considering the options, try Junip before everything else and you'll save a lot of time, headache, and money.
