Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

This app is really great. It has the PERFECT set of features for us compared to other review apps (and I've tried them all!) Even photo/video reviews on the free plan! The on-site widget is fantastic! and the preview really shows its features. We really like the style of the "write a review" button and also that it uses our branding colours. We also really liked how the counts for each number of stars look like, and of course always using our branding. Anyway, overall super amazing app and special thanks for the dark mode!

We are big fans of Junip at Equator Coffees, it has had a positive and lasting impact on our Shopify Plus store, where its integration is seamless. The team is incredibly responsive and helpful and our favorite feature is the ability to aggregate reviews for bundle products and product families. Higher price than we'd like to be spending for review management, but we have zero complaints about the app functionality and staff.

I can't say enough good things about this app. It increased our review conversion rate by 22% since our switch from Okendo, and their customer support team (mega shout out to Marcus) are phenomenal. Make the switch to Junip. You won't be disappointed.

We have been using Junip for more than 6 months and are delighted with how it has been working for our shop. We switched to Junip from another app we had used for years, and the difference is striking. First, Junip's admin dashboard is incredibly intuitive, uncluttered, and easy to navigate. Second, it's super easy for the customers to leave a review at any point after a purchase (not just after an email prompt). Third, the customer service is absolutely stellar. Most questions we had were easily answered with a search through the help docs. What wasn't found in the docs was resolved by chat. The Junip team is friendly, capable, and super quick to reply via chat. Lastly, the cost is very reasonable. We switched to Junip because we wanted an app that was more user-friendly both for us and our customers, and liked that Junip is a small business with a small team - just like us. We got everything we hoped for and so much more!
