Super easy setup, really fair pricing, great support, and all the features we need. What more can you ask for? I really appreciate the deep integration with Postscript and Klaviyo - that's something that other apps don't really offer. It's also well designed (both the admin and customer facing side) and intuitive. Really happy we decided to make the switch!

We just replaced YotPo with Junip. Support was great getting everything setup and all is going very well! We really love Junip!
This app is helped with the automation process of sending out emails and getting reviews from customers. Would recommend!

4 stars, for a start, still need to view and witness the results, as an app for a shopify store, it is a good tool and it has good integration and process.
