Junip Product Reviews App & AI

Junip has been a game changer for our business. Onboarding and setup was quick and easy, and the team was super helpful! The on site customizations and appearance is great for any Shopify theme. My only complaint is that there is no easy way to remove unhelpful reviews or reviews that a customer wants taken down. Besides this, I would totally recommend Junip to anyone wanting an upgrade to their reviews software!

Junip has been a godsend! We got off a competitor's offering, in favor of Junip for 1/4th the cost. There are so many more features, the UI is a lot cleaner, it's super affordable, and the automations are top-notch! We have noticed a HUGE uptick in the volume of reviews we are receiving, and keeping everything under the 3rd party Junip platform has helped generate a lot of trust with current and potential customers on our site.

The team is super responsive to feedback and questions, but overall the real selling point and reason to switch to Junip is its simplicity and affordability. 5 stars, we will be a forever customer.

Malvina was amazing! She hopped in to help long before I had time to get frustrated with a help bot. She asked very good questions (didn't make me repeat everything I'd already gone through with the bot) and quickly determined what I was doing wrong - yes, it was all me! ;0) She straightened me out in short order. Excellent tech help, and the app is great!! Highly recommend!

I had a hiccup a few days later, but Leah jumped in before I could become frustrated with the help bot. She correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Thank y'all!
