Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

This app is great for my online food takeaway store, looks professional, allows me to automate my review requests, good customisability, would 100% recommend.

I wanted an app that would be able to reach out to my past buyers and ask for a review. I'm also pretty picky about how the email looks...I wanted my branding and also had to have a very professional touch. Junip fit the bill! Not to mention they are easily accessible and so helpful for any questions. An A+ all the way around!

I've tested a few different review apps and Junip has them beat. They offer incentives for reviews right out of the box, have a clean UI and a very helpful customer service team

this is my first review app and i love how simple it is for me to edit as the owner, and how sleek and suuuper simple and easy each question is in the review process for customers. the white space around each question makes it so easy for customers to digest and want to actually do. highly recommend!

Junip has worked well for us especially with primarily subscription/Recharge orders. Marcus and their support team are always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Highly recommend if you're considering a reviews app!

Pros: Simple app with clean UI (unlike yotpo and stamped), great support (whether you're a dev, or regular store owner) and their team is friendly. Integrated with Google snippets (a lot of apps don't).

Cons: I'm not a big fan of order-based pricing so I hope in the future they get rid of this and price it based on features (much more reasonable).
