Well maybe I do not know what I am doing but I hardly ever get a review. Maybe because I am using the free version. I will try to figure this out before I bail for another app. I can't find any statistical information. Maybe they do not offer that. I guess the app is probably good because they have a good rating but it hasn't done anything for me.

it was ok. i am still considering it. -- Updated on 12-23-25: I initially gave Junip 4 stars and noted that I was still testing the platform. After spending more time with it, my experience has unfortunately declined.

Junip sent out over 50 review request emails with little to no response, which was disappointing given the promised engagement. More concerning, the Junip website frequently causes my computer and browser to freeze when I open the dashboard, making it difficult to use consistently as part of my workflow.

Additionally, the sales rep, Marcus, reached out to me multiple times asking me to update my review. That pressure felt uncomfortable, especially since the underlying issues had not been resolved. To add to that frustration, he later placed an order with my shop but did not leave a review himself, which felt misaligned with the repeated requests for me to update mine.

At this point, the performance issues and overall experience do not justify my original rating of 4/5 stars and has been updated to 2/5 stars.
