Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

Super easy to use and the automation makes my life easier as a business owner. The reviews come pouring in without me lifting a finger and its all thanks to Junip!

Excellent app on par with if not better than higher-priced alternatives, the product is intuitive to use and robust enough to scale with.

Their team is also stellar. Small, focused, and attentive, they made the migration process easy. When a unique bug came up that hit our account specifically, the team proactively alerted and were on a call with us within 10 minutes to help troubleshoot. Just getting started, but we're excited to partner with Junip long into the future.

I'm liking Junip more and more. Been using over a year, no issues and the updates have been helpful. It's like having an assistant. The emails sent to customer that purchased from my store are always sent in a timely fashion, which I love the fact its hands off and dine for me. Junip is definitely worth it.

We recently moved over to Junip. As someone on a very small team and not really knowing what I was doing, the entire Junip team has helped from the very start ( Marcus )to a few months in ( Leah )they are there quickly to help you figure out, well the things you may stumble along the way sometimes! Highly recommend switching for great service as well as saving money!

It has been great using Junip for reviews. I was able to export prior reviews we had without issue, as well as get new reviews from customers. I had to use some CSS to change a background color to match our store but Leah was so incredibly helpful in doing that. They have excellent customer service and are a great product overall. I love the clean look, it totally matches our branding. And makes life easier for me! I'd definitely recommend them.
