I highly recommend Juo Subscriptions. We have been using another app for years. I found it challenging to use, and it needed more functionality. Juo came to the rescue. One of the best features of Juo is the ability to put products on subscriptions at the variant level. This is perfect for us because we don't allow subscriptions for bulk sizes of our products. We also use Juo's Build-a-Box functionality, making purchasing much easier for our customers. The support from Juo has been top-notch. Alina is accommodating, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. I'm glad we made the switch to Juo. If you're using another subscription app, you should take a serious look at Juo.

So far so great! Juo and the team behind Juo are fantastic - our subscriptions have doubled with the ability to offer dynamic subscription models which are much more incentive and sustainable. High recommended!

Juo has provided a really strong bundle builder combined with a subscription system, which actually works brilliantly. Other subscription + bundle builders we’ve tried through the more established premium Shopify subscription apps have been inflexible and buggy. Not so with Juo. As the app has continued development, the flexibility for customers to swap out products in their bundles within their own dashboard has really helped take it to an extra level for us, resulting in fewer customer service messages related to subscription bundles, and importantly happier customers who are able to mix, match, and swap out products in their bundle subscriptions with ease.

What's more, customer support is superb. Very fast response times and very quick resolving of any issues we’ve encountered along the way.

We absolutely enjoy using Juo to manage our subscription program here at Equi Botanics. The onboarding process was seamless, the communication and support from the Juo team has so far been outstanding and timely. Our special requests are keenly paid attention to and implemented within the timelines they share. The new features rolled out are thoughtful, making it easy for us and our customers to manage the subscriptions. Juo offers a great subscription widget. The setup is fast and easy. The subscription platform seamlessly fits into the store's UI and offers a range of settings for customers to manage their subscriptions. The customer service is exemplary - very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!
