This app is truly amazing, offering support in various ways. One of its key benefits is helping clients make informed decisions, which boosts efficiency and instills confidence in their purchases.

The feature I appreciate the most is the ability to track order numbers. This is particularly helpful when managing multiple orders, ensuring greater clarity in the ordering process, and giving clients an extra reason to return and shop again.

Juphy AI has successfully addressed the challenge of providing 24/7 customer support. Thanks to its AI capabilities, I can rest easy knowing my customers receive assistance at any time, which also helps convert inquiries into sales—my favorite feature.

We wanted to integrate sizing videos into the AI pop-ups, and their technical team quickly made it happen. This has made it easier for us to guide customers through custom sizing.

It’s also been helpful that Juphy has access to our physical store inventory. Customers asking about product availability at our Rocklea store can now get quick answers through Juphy AI.

Overall, it has improved the shopping experience by making sizing and product selection more convenient. Honestly, thank you for creating this much-needed app—definitely a 5-star experience!

An essential tool for our ecommerce

Since we started using Juphy on our store, we've been able to handle customer inquiries much more efficiently, especially questions about order status and product details. These used to take up a lot of our time, but thanks to the AI-powered automation, customers now get fast and accurate answers without the need for human intervention in most cases.

My favorite feature is the smart chat that integrates seamlessly with our site and constantly learns from user behavior and questions. It's impressive how well it understands and responds, greatly improving the shopping experience.

Also, the support team was extremely helpful when we had a few questions at the beginning. Very responsive and professional.

I highly recommend Juphy to any ecommerce business looking to improve customer service and save time on support.

Juphy is amazing! It basically handles my customer service directly on the site. It's nice that it allows you to see chat history and you can correct prior responses or type in your own responses. It handles most questions on the front end but sends me an email when it's my time to jump in. The customization options for this app are also nice, you can assign it to any page and choose how it is displayed. I would highly recommend!

Juphy AI has been very helpful in managing our customer inquiries, from ingredient details and usage instructions to product recommendations based on skin type. The team has also been very helpful in guiding us through the AI training process. We have trained the AI with more than 500 lines of product data, and now it guides our customers very accurately. We have also switched the default language to Dutch but it can still guide customers in all the languages required. Definitely recommend Juphy AI to other cosmetics brands!

I initially had doubts about training an AI system, but the Juphy team extended my trial and supported me through the process. Now, Juphy AI greatly reduces our workload in both support and sales. Thanks to the email forwarding feature, we only step in when truly needed.

Its multi-language support and product recommendations have enabled AI-led sales and improved customer satisfaction!
