We have been using Juphy for some time, and I am thoroughly impressed with the support and educational resources provided by the team behind it. They are responsive and helpful. We provide training to the AI in the background to ensure it delivers accurate responses. As a result, the AI has started giving much more precise answers. One of the most beneficial aspects is that Juphy can respond to our customers almost as accurately as we would, even outside our working hours. This has been incredibly valuable for our team. Seems a great product that I would love to integrate into my store. Easy to set up and worked well. I like to be able to step away from my shop to relax , and lovely to know that any questions are being answered!

Unfortunately not enough demand in my shop in Norway for it yet, but something I will install again in future when traffic is higher!

Juphy is great. You can manage all social accounts under your workspace very easily. Also they'll give you access to Shop Assistant which saves you a ton of time and you use your support rep for anything else. it works pretty great with Shopify giving all details to customers. So happy...
