Juphy is amazing! It basically handles my customer service directly on the site. It's nice that it allows you to see chat history and you can correct prior responses or type in your own responses. It handles most questions on the front end but sends me an email when it's my time to jump in. The customization options for this app are also nice, you can assign it to any page and choose how it is displayed. I would highly recommend!

Juphy AI has been very helpful in managing our customer inquiries, from ingredient details and usage instructions to product recommendations based on skin type. The team has also been very helpful in guiding us through the AI training process. We have trained the AI with more than 500 lines of product data, and now it guides our customers very accurately.
