Justuno has been a great way to improve our conversion rate and email capture. Managed services with Miranda has allowed us to move faster than we had originally planned

We recently switched to their managed plan and have seen tremendous success not only with the initiatives that our team has ideated, but also appreciate with the strategies that The Justuno team has proactively shared. They are always easily accessible if we have a question or need to make quick changes, and are generally just a pleasant team to work with! Also, the tool is super powerful, which allows us to make even our most complex strategies a reality. Thank you to their team!

The onboarding from Zach and Brad is fantastic. Powerful product as well, but its their customer service that has made my experience so far.

JustUno was very helpful in lowering our abandoned cart rate and driving additional revenue throughout the entire website flow. Miranda, my contact there was great. She was super responsive, and attentive and was able to fix every problem I encountered.

I suddenly started getting weekly emails for my "reports" despite not even having this app installed. If I did install it, it was probably a couple years ago. Why the sudden emails that I was unable to unsubscribe from? I emailed support asking to have my account deleted every week that I received this email about 4 times. No answer. No help. Just continued emails every single Monday I could not opt out of. I had to install this app just to delete my account finally and figured I'd also warn anyone who despises annoying emails and zero support to try another app.

We're sorry that you're still receiving the emails. They're transactional performance emails but you can choose to not receive them in your account settings. We've also set up filters so that inactive accounts like yours will not receive them in the future.

Horrible experience. This app used to work for us, now it is super glitchy.

It will take you hours to build anything custom and even once you get it right it doesn't save! So you do the work 4x over and waste the better chunk of your day.

On top of that, once it is live, it keeps turning itself off for no reason. Which is terrible because I sent out an email and SMS promoting our Halloween promotion. Now customers are calling us complaining that they don't see a discount. I have to check it every 30 minutes to make sure it's still live!

I will give credit to their support team. They have been responsive and as helpful as they can be, just the app itself is terrible.

Don't waste your time or energy.

We’re so sorry you experienced these glitches, it’s an issue that our team has since identified and corrected that was causing your pop-up to not save properly. As for the workflow turning off that was caused by a Shopify discount code being synced that wasn’t the right kind and ran out. We apologize for the extra effort this caused you and understand the frustration. If you’re willing to give us another chance, we’re happy to help you build another promotion.
