Great app with an excellent free plan ideal for those starting out, easy to set-up and maintain. Didn't manage to crack linking this to mailchimp but am sure there is a way to do it.

Great, Simple Email Popup Service that gets the job done without all the fluff. If you're starting out, go with this one before moving on to something like SumoMe, etc.
