Just downloaded it, tried a few things and nothing works!!
after log in they started me for a thanksgiving campaign, perfect, only the coupon code doesnt save! after 40min i gave that up.
Wanted to link my google analytics account, i link it to my account but then i get a pop up where im supposed to select something but there's nothing to select!
... BAD first experience
-Even more, it says it's published yet there is nothing to see and also no preview button
-Come on, even when i wanted to contact the developer i get an error message
Big Flop
I had a very hard time trying to figure out the exit pop up, and when i finally do it doesn't work on mobile !!!

Mobile browsers don't have cursors, and because of that our exit behavior offers unfortunately have slightly different functionality on mobile as they do on desktop. Thankfully for you, we do provide support articles on how to optimize these mobile exit offers using our alternative mobile-browser-friendly triggers including scroll percent, exit using back button, and more.
Can you please check your email for past communications from our support team?
I installed this app and tried to use it but found it very difficult to use. Their templates are hideous and custom designing them was very hard. It also wanted really small photos vs other pop up ad apps. I uninstalled it the same day and have continued to get their emails despite unsubscribing over and over. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I havent heard one word from Juno except...that my free trial period was up....what exactly is Juno and what can they do for me
Downloaded the app, then removed about two minutes later after a quick look around. I've since then (one week ago) recieved 9 emails from them and they've ignored all 8 of my requests to stop emailing me. Trash.
Gave this a try. Wow at the Windows 95-like template designer. It's the most user-unfriendly experience I had for a while. Tried to edit a standard popup template for gamification and gave up. This app has been up for years and I'm sure they keep the very first UX they came up with. If you are willing to invest hours in trying to understand how this thing works, it should be okay. Sorry, but I cannot recommend it.
