one of the best apps available to use cart abandonments. it works when they dont have to use email to get a code!
Have only used the app for a short time but, it is easy to set up and manage.

Really great addition to our site. Easy to use- the only thing is that I have used up our maximum free allowance now!
Also would be great if we could ask for the user's name as right now you can only ask for email.
