worst app ever, watch out for illegal charges. support was helpful, but the app in itself, not great.
Thanks for your feedback on your experience with Justuno. Your account was registering more website traffic than your plan includes which led to the auto extras. We understand that this was frustrating given the traffic discrepancies between Shopify & your Justuno account. Those charges were refunded yesterday as well as a cancellation of your account to prevent future charges.
The worst. App doesn't save campaigns correctly and I have to keep going back over and over to fix them.
I suddenly started getting weekly emails for my "reports" despite not even having this app installed. If I did install it, it was probably a couple years ago. Why the sudden emails that I was unable to unsubscribe from? I emailed support asking to have my account deleted every week that I received this email about 4 times. No answer. No help. Just continued emails every single Monday I could not opt out of. I had to install this app just to delete my account finally and figured I'd also warn anyone who despises annoying emails and zero support to try another app.
We're sorry that you're still receiving the emails. They're transactional performance emails but you can choose to not receive them in your account settings. We've also set up filters so that inactive accounts like yours will not receive them in the future.
I installed this app and tried to use it but found it very difficult to use. Their templates are hideous and custom designing them was very hard. It also wanted really small photos vs other pop up ad apps. I uninstalled it the same day and have continued to get their emails despite unsubscribing over and over. DO NOT RECOMMEND

After installation, the app does not even open and I receive an error message saying "There's been an error. Check back later". Tried to send a message to support, but the chat did not work. Not good first impression.
