Justuno ‑ Email & SMS Popups

I love it. Easy to use. I have used it for years now. I can easily create pop ups and banners on table top and mobile.

Miranda has been great to work with. Very attentive. She helped design banners for Black Friday and other sales which led to great performance. Also makes helpful recommendations. We have been using JustUno for several years. I highly recommend.

Terrible App and dishonest customer service.
On record, this app was generating 0 impressions on our site for 8 months (costing thousands of dollars). When our team discovered not only this, but also that the app was charging us for "extras" we never opted into, the customer service team refused to refund us for the inactive months, offering only a refund for 1 month of unapproved "extras". Totally ineffective app, fraudulent company. Stay away.

Update: JUSTUNO was able to fix our issues and support was very helpful! We LOVE Justuno because it's free for starters and you can use transparent pop-up windows, which is fairly uncommon for free platforms! Very easy to set up and manage. We've been really pleased with the ROI from JustUno over the years. The available features are truly impressive. As a JustUno Plus account we've had the pleasure of working with Miranda as an account manager over the last year and we've learned so much about how powerful this tool is. She's helped us in countless ways and we've been really happy with both the increased revenue and support we've gotten from working with her.

Worked fine. I'm giving it 2 starts because this seems to be one of those operations that won't let you just cancel your subscription. You have to wait to be "contacted" by a representative. It's been over a week and no one has reached out to help me.

I have used JustUno for 7+ years now and they are the best in the business for pop-ups. And I am writing this review in regards to their JustUno Plus service. Zach Bailey on the JustUno team has done an incredible job in helping us further push the envelope with improving our conversion rate. Their team gets to see what is working across numerous accounts and is able to offer strategy suggestions for us to implement. It has been a game changer for us.

Love JustUno and its ability to convert prospects to leads. I have significantly increased my email list conversions because of it. Sometimes I do wish the user interface was easier...but I don't mind hiring someone to help figure out the hidden powers of it on my behalf!

Justuno is a massively overpriced with a confusing user interface.

They also charge for extra traffic to your site even if you're NOT using any pop ups, and require a 30 day notice to cancel, which will leave you holding the bag for an extra payment when you try to leave.

Their VP of Customer Success, Kelsey, made sure to enforce the charges and refused to help in the situation.

You'd think for a company as big as Justuno, they could afford to refund a customer for a month that they didn't use their product, instead of overcharging them on their way out the door.

I would highly recommend a product that is easier to use like Optimonk.
