After removing my last 1-star review, I am now forced to add another one in order to protect my interests.
Back in August of 2017, Justuno finally resolved to stop charging my credit card, even though I had tried multiple times to cancel my account through their website. We parted ways amicably after they returned the misappropriated funds and I thought that was the end of it. Now, after reviewing my recent credit card statements, I see that they've repeatedly charged my credit card even after I had requested they cancel the account. Oh BTW, I just logged into the supposedly "canceled" Justuno account. Turns out it's still active. How did that happen? I would try 'cancelling' the account yet again through their online interface, but I don't expect that will work... as it did not work in the past. For all I know, the "cancel account" button is nothing but an inactive, dummy button meant to give you a false sense of security. Truth is, only they can cancel the account on their side (if and when they want to).
Overall, great app, however these guys are either incredibly incompetent, or worse... maliciously taking money from it's users, even after they've attempted to cancel their accounts. As a repeat offender, I would say it's more the latter than the former.

I've used all of the major modal apps. I always end up coming back. JustUno has more of a learning curve. But it is by far the best if you want control and customization.

Justuno has really helped my business gain new email sign ups & so much more. Their customer support team has been super helpful in different areas that were needed.
Great app when it worked? it group off for some reason and no alerts or advice it wasnt working - it also conflicts heaps with other plugins on home page

The JustUno team reached out to us and made things right. They've provided a refund for our annual subscription and apologized for the delays in responding to us. I've changed our review rating from a 1-star to 3-stars. We successfully used the app for pop ups on our website for over 2 years and it served our needs well.

Decent app but be aware of their customer service. Like the other negative reviews posted, we've been given the run around multiple times when trying to cancel our annual subscription which auto-renewed without notice. What's frustrating is that we heard back from their support team once offering us a solution to which we replied. It's been radio silence ever since. We are out $907 because they can't respond to a simple email. I can't recommend JustUno to any businesses looking for this sort of functionality. There are plenty of other options out there with much better customer service.

Amazing app and Jenna is awesome at customer service, very prompt in responding. Phone support is so important. We love how easy the app is to run and make changes on in the back end.

I really like the app! Its been working really well for me, I'm surprised how many email captures you can get, and its nice that its integrated easily with google analytics. Customer support is really helpful and quick as well <3
Excellent App that works flawlessly. Our customer retention and email capture have gone through the roof. Their customer support is top notch!
