Their billing system sucks.Very Greedy!
worst app ever, watch out for illegal charges. support was helpful, but the app in itself, not great.
Thanks for your feedback on your experience with Justuno. Your account was registering more website traffic than your plan includes which led to the auto extras. We understand that this was frustrating given the traffic discrepancies between Shopify & your Justuno account. Those charges were refunded yesterday as well as a cancellation of your account to prevent future charges.
We came to this app after using OptinMonster, Wheelio and WooHoo. Our email marketing team recommended we try it. We had great success with the other apps, a very high 17% optin rate.
We replicated the settings within JustUno and applied best practices. In 5 day we collected 5 emails! Down from 50+ daily with WooHoo.
Something had to be wrong - so we contacted support. They said everything was setup to best practices.....which made no sense.
The impressions that were shown in the analytics of JustUno did not match the amount of visitors to our website so there had to be something wrong with the settings.
Nonetheless - support was no help.
If you want to cancel your account - there is a button in your account profile but then it takes you to a whole page where they try to sell you on staying with them. At the bottom of the page you have to contact them.
We did a chat and was greeted by a woman who said our settings were not optimal and that was why it did not work. When we asked for suggestions and an outline on how to optimize the settings she said she couldn't help us with that!
So this woman told us duh, it's not working but then wouldn't explain why. It took many more lines to get her to cancel the account.
This was a bad experience, we lost a lot of potential signups and had to spend a bunch of wasted time dealing with them.
We don't care what any other reviews say - steer clear of this app, service and business. We would have been a long time customer but their service is horrible and their product is not easy enough for a high end email marketing agency to setup to be productive unlike many other apps available to do the same thing.....

While we understand the frustration, please understand that we are currently being utilized by countless agencies and organizations of all size, and the vast majority haven't reported the problems that you've experienced. In regards to your comments about analytics shown in Justuno, sometimes we run into issues of 'comparing apples to oranges' between applications, and they sometimes do not mesh exactly. We can assure you that the Justuno stats are accurate, but cannot guarantee that another tech's analytics are (or they might be using different metrics, eg: visitor sessions vs page views). Awful user interface - it takes way too much time to customize pop-ups relative to other design interfaces (Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify themes). It gets the job done but is too much of a hassle to set-up. We're switching to a native integration.

I FOUND IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO USE. I've reached out for help, but no one has ever emailed me back. Horrible experience. Therefore, I've deleted this app to look for something that's more user friendly and has good customer service.

I created a simple test popup ("FREE SHIPPING") just to learn how before doing the whole website.
Yuno checked my work and said its OK after I told them that it simple does not work on Safari and Firefox browsers. It works in Chrome. But for a website store there can be no iffy browser challenges!
PLUS Firefox refused to load the site with the message "The owner of www.justuno.com has configured their website improperly." So I told Yuno about this and he argued defensively I must have the wrong version of Firefox (I updated just now and got same message -- WEBSITE CONFIGURED IMPROPERLY! Yet Justuno makes defensive excuses?
Now they want me to video what I'm doing. Ridiculous.
Find another popup app. I give up on this app and the guys behind it. Ridiculous that it does not work with 2 MAJOR BROWSERS, am so glad I found out before its too late!

Customer support just ignores your questions. App is very limited for certain marketing related activities, you can't even adjust it to your personal needs. (and this was done with a pro subscription)

App is full off popups, even Im an paid plan I don't have access to support. Minimum of 360€ in year, not good app.

I'm DIZZY from trying to install this app, there are too many things going on, on the screen. Can you please SIMPLIFY installation, I want a simple app to increase traffic, still waiting to see traffic. PLEASE!
