It does not work outside of its default URL for Facebook, so I couldn't connect the Facebook page I wanted to draw reviews from. I updated the URL and it just kept spinning and spinning, never creating the review posts.

We’re really sorry for the trouble you had connecting your Facebook page. There was a temporary issue affecting URL validation and review syncing, which may have caused the loading issue you described.
