Kaching Post Purchase Upsell

Been using Kaching for quite some time and I genuinely like the ecosystem they’ve built. The apps are easy to use, integrate well together and have been very useful for our store. Big thanks to Sebastijan as well always helpful, quick to reply and actually takes the time to solve things.

I really recommend all Kaching apps! I am able to do things with 1-2 apps that otherwise would have taken 5+ or a $500/mo one. For the price, this is truly the best and not to mention the customer service is phenomenal.

We're a two-man team running several stores, so anything that needs a
developer is dead on arrival. This one didn't, offers were live the
same day with no theme edits on my side.

Erikas is the reason it stayed easy. I asked for changes the app
settings couldn't do and he went in and wrote the custom code himself,
got it right, and didn't make me repeat myself to get there. That's
not something most Shopify apps will do for you.

The customer support has been incredible as well. I had a question, jumped on their live chat, and within two minutes Dominykas responded. He helped me troubleshoot the issue and gave me clear, straightforward instructions that solved exactly what I was trying to accomplish.

Decent app, shame there is no HTML option to add to customise the upsell but overall it is pretty good. Customer support has been helpful with resolving my issues. Paul has been a massive help, good to talk to, quick fixes and very friendly
