Kaching Subscriptions App

Kaching Subscriptions is incredibly easy to use — setup took me just a few minutes, and everything worked perfectly right from the start. The functionality is great for both simple and advanced subscription setups, and I love that it doesn’t come with a hefty price tag like most alternatives.

Had a few questions during setup and Sebastian from the support team jumped in immediately. He was super responsive, patient, and made sure I understood every step. It’s rare to find such dedicated support these days. Overall, the app is reliable, affordable, and just works flawlessly. Highly recommended!

Very easy to use subscription app, great functionality, and it doesn't come with a heavy price tag. Also has super fast support chat. Had some questions whilst setting up and awesome Domantas helped me out with no problems. Awesome App.

Had some trouble setting up the widget and customizing the text at first. After contacting support I had a reply within 2 minutes from Deividas who proceeded to do everything for me immediately and exactly how I asked it to be. Best service and widget customization ever!

10/10 customer support. Originally left a 4 star review because of the need to code bullet point benefits into the subscription widget. Changed to 5 stars because they implemented the feature and it's seamless. Great app and the best support team out of any app I've had after 5 years on Shopify.

The best app for the subscription model, I have used so far. Very simple to integrate within express checkouts like pp for example, which is not common for many sub apps. The support is also very fast and ready to help.

I love the customer service response time. I had an issue with a customer wanting to cancel a subscription that they signed up for “by mistake” and received a discount. Not only did Erikas give me step-by-step instructions on how to cancel the subscription, but also a suggestion as to how to prevent immediate cancellations on any future orders. This eased my concerns about this happening again in the future. Kaching Customer Service reps really do go above and beyond.

Apps are very good. Support is 10x better. We required some custom coding and the team did it within 30 mins while we continued to work on the site in the background. Very happy
