First of all this App functionality is amazing. Flawless. No problems. Secondly, if there is anything, customer service of Kaching is top notch espically "Dovydas" and his colleague "Domantas". They even worked with me to solve some problems that were supplier related (when product is pushed to the store). Not Kaching problem at all. Still Kaching staff worked me for sometime to solve the issue. Awesome support!

I genuinely wanted to give a huge shoutout to the team behind Kaching Subscriptions.

IEVA and DOMANTAS were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the entire support process. What impressed me the most was that they didn’t just give generic replies — they actually went deep into investigating what was causing the issue in my store and stayed with it until they found the exact problem.

Honestly, this has been the best experience I’ve had with a Shopify app support team. I truly appreciate the level of care and dedication they showed.

Also, huge credit to the developers team — Kaching Subscriptions paired with Kaching Bundles has basically everything you need to create bundles and subscription offers with tons of flexibility and setup options. The apps work together smoothly and make the whole process easy and intuitive.

Highly recommend both apps and the amazing team behind them!

I decided to go with Kaching because it was reasonably priced for starting out AND it had other apps that it integrates easily with - I needed to be able to offer a subscription for a product that has volume discounts, as well as offer subscriptions for my other products. I also really liked the widget layout options for Kaching Subscriptions. It was easy to set up and works perfectly with GemPages. I reached out to the Support Team via chat a few times and have always received prompt responses and assistance. Most recently, Domantas helped me out with a joint bundle+subscription issue I was having. He was incredibly knowledgeable and guessed right away what was causing the issue. With his guidance, I corrected the issue in less than 5 minutes! I'm so glad I chose Kaching - it's been an all-around great experience so far! I also appreciate that they offer discounts for installing and using multiple Kaching apps.

I m very glad I ve chose this app for our subscription services.Really good and easy to work with. Just today I had an issue with the curency being displayed in pounds instead of USD but I solved it really quick with the help of Dominykas. Thanks a lot, I definetly will recommend Kaching App.

Cost me approx $3K because 1 setting was not checked. Instead of notifying me which would have prompted me to fix the error or at least flag support it happened then had me playing catch up after the fact. I could not have uninstalled this app fast enough!!!

Hi Ethan, thank you for your feedback - and I'm sorry for the impact this had on your business.

Our system did send email notifications after each failed billing attempt, and our built-in payment recovery automatically retried those charges over the following days based on your configured retry settings. However, it's clear that the severity of the situation wasn't communicated well enough in those alerts for you to act on it in time - and that's on us.

We're working on making these notifications harder to miss, especially when failures happen at scale - so merchants can intervene before recovery windows close.

Dovydas helped me with several issues across Katching Bundles, Cart, and Subscriptions, and the support was honestly excellent. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was really easy to understand and made sure I actually knew what was going on, he was very quick in solving things for me with so much attention to detail.

What I appreciated most was that he really went the extra mile to solve every problem properly. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely committed to getting everything working the way it should. It was not necessary to explain so much in detail, because he understood right away what I wanted.

Great apps that intergrate together, I'm using bundles and subscriptions! Had some issues setting it up but reached out to support and had a response within 5 minutes, Erikas was super helpful!

Dominykas provided me with the utmost assistance and professionalism when no one else wanted to help! We were dealing with some big issues in our page builder limitations and for 3 days straight he helped me solve and fix the problem all while the support from page builder was not much help. This is a massive relief and we are very grateful for the help!
