Kaching Subscriptions App

Dovydas helped me with several issues across Katching Bundles, Cart, and Subscriptions, and the support was honestly excellent. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was really easy to understand and made sure I actually knew what was going on, he was very quick in solving things for me with so much attention to detail.

What I appreciated most was that he really went the extra mile to solve every problem properly. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely committed to getting everything working the way it should. It was not necessary to explain so much in detail, because he understood right away what I wanted.

Paul fixed an issue I'd been stuck on for a while — removing the quantity selector on a free gift item in the cart drawer. Done in under 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and sorted out a second issue I'd been running into while he was at it. Exactly what good support looks like.

As context, I'm not "techy!" I have been using the Kaching Bundles and Subscriptions, and they make it really user friendly, even for a non-tech person. There are video to access, but let me tell you about Dominykas's Customer Service... it is genuinely THE BEST!!! The chat says someone will contact me within 30 minutes. I don't think I have waited more than 10 minutes before Dominykas is on the chat. I see something that I want to create, and can't figure it out on my own. I send a message with a screenshot of what I want, and no joke, within 15 minutes it is created and on my site! The absolute BEST part, not once have I felt like I should have been able to figure it out on my own. Dominykas says "let me take a look" and in 5 minutes, I get a message "how does that look?" (MIND BLOWN) It's absolutely PERFECT! And so friendly! I can't say enough about how it feels to have the kind of support Dominykas has shown. I'm sure everyone else is great too, but I've been lucky enough to have Dominykas help me. Just AWESOME!!! Thank you SO much!! -Tammy

He spent over 5 hours with me solving every issue on my website, Titilio.com, with an incredible level of patience, attention, and professionalism.

This was not basic support. He truly took the time to understand the problems, check every detail, explain everything clearly, test the solutions, and make sure everything was working properly before finishing.

It is rare to find someone this dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Juozas showed outstanding professionalism, great communication, and a level of support that gave me real confidence.

Great app, easy to use. I had a small feature request that was not available. Even though it was not available, I started a chat with support and Domantas created the code ON THE SPOT! Above and beyond customer service. Thank you!

The process of subscription building is all new to me. I was able to set up the subscription pretty easy through Kaching lessons. But I needed to make an update to my bundle/subscription offer. I was able to smoothly make that update with the assistance of Domantas. He really was able to help me in this already daunting process through screenshots and simple explanation. Perfect interaction!
