Kaching Subscriptions App

I recently downloaded and set up the app, and so far I’m very satisfied. It includes all the features I was looking for and works exactly as expected. I had used another similar app before, but it was quite limited and not comparable to Kaching Subscriptions. This one is clearly better, and at the same price.

I especially want to highlight their customer support. In this case, Erikas helped me with my questions for Kaching Subscriptions in a very fast and efficient way. Extremely satisfied with the customer service.

Kaching Subscriptions is incredibly easy to use — setup took me just a few minutes, and everything worked perfectly right from the start. The functionality is great for both simple and advanced subscription setups, and I love that it doesn’t come with a hefty price tag like most alternatives.

Full customizability of the widget itself is limited, but the support from Deividas was excellent in resolving this manually (although you should be able to personalise it properly without the support)

Paul fixed an issue I'd been stuck on for a while — removing the quantity selector on a free gift item in the cart drawer. Done in under 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and sorted out a second issue I'd been running into while he was at it. Exactly what good support looks like.

Great app for shopify, helps out so much and I've never had a customer experience that was as good as Kaching. They have top teir customer support reps. Recently, I had a very difficult issue to fix and it seemed like it was impossible to get fixed but my rep named Deividas helped me out a lot and got everything straightened out for me. Helped a lot.
