Kaching Subscriptions App

Great apps that intergrate together, I'm using bundles and subscriptions! Had some issues setting it up but reached out to support and had a response within 5 minutes, Erikas was super helpful!

Dominykas provided me with the utmost assistance and professionalism when no one else wanted to help! We were dealing with some big issues in our page builder limitations and for 3 days straight he helped me solve and fix the problem all while the support from page builder was not much help. This is a massive relief and we are very grateful for the help!

Paul fixed an issue I'd been stuck on for a while — removing the quantity selector on a free gift item in the cart drawer. Done in under 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and sorted out a second issue I'd been running into while he was at it. Exactly what good support looks like.

As context, I'm not "techy!" I have been using the Kaching Bundles and Subscriptions, and they make it really user friendly, even for a non-tech person. There are video to access, but let me tell you about Dominykas's Customer Service... it is genuinely THE BEST!!! The chat says someone will contact me within 30 minutes. I don't think I have waited more than 10 minutes before Dominykas is on the chat. I see something that I want to create, and can't figure it out on my own. I send a message with a screenshot of what I want, and no joke, within 15 minutes it is created and on my site! The absolute BEST part, not once have I felt like I should have been able to figure it out on my own. Dominykas says "let me take a look" and in 5 minutes, I get a message "how does that look?" (MIND BLOWN) It's absolutely PERFECT! And so friendly! I can't say enough about how it feels to have the kind of support Dominykas has shown. The process of subscription building is all new to me. I was able to set up the subscription pretty easy through Kaching lessons. But I needed to make an update to my bundle/subscription offer. I was able to smoothly make that update with the assistance of Domantas. He really was able to help me in this already daunting process through screenshots and simple explanation.
