We recently switched to Kaching Subscriptions, and the transition was flawless. Erikas was instrumental in making sure our subscription tiers were set up exactly how we wanted them. He went above and beyond by writing the custom CSS code for me and adding it directly to my theme settings to ensure it worked perfectly with my design.

Having issues and support isn't trying to help

Domantas was very helpful in assisting my request. I've used Kaching Bundles for a couple of years now and they have yet to let me down. This is the first time I'm using Kaching's subscription app and it has been very helpful and easy to use so far, and I'm impressed by how well integrated it is with Bundles.

Erikas was very helpful. He gave me a step by step on how to fix the issue i was having and he was very patient

Full customizability of the widget itself is limited, but the support from Deividas was excellent in resolving this manually (although you should be able to personalise it properly without the support)
