Full customizability of the widget itself is limited, but the support from Deividas was excellent in resolving this manually (although you should be able to personalise it properly without the support)

Great app for shopify, helps out so much and I've never had a customer experience that was as good as Kaching. They have top teir customer support reps. Recently, I had a very difficult issue to fix and it seemed like it was impossible to get fixed but my rep named Deividas helped me out a lot and got everything straightened out for me. Helped a lot.

This app is a huge solution for our store because have the most sense to work with subscriptions. I initially had a frustrating experience after spending over 11 days trying to resolve an issue: the subscription widget not displaying on my featured product block on the home page. For a while, I kept being told the developers would be “pinged,” with little clarity or progress, which was disappointing.

That said, I want to update this review because the issue was eventually fixed, and the way it was handled in the end really mattered. Pijus was the first person to clearly explain why the issue was taking so long, was transparent about what was happening behind the scenes, and genuinely took ownership of making it a priority to resolve. I really appreciate the care, honesty, and follow-through once he stepped in. That level of transparency and effort made a big difference.
