Domantas was very helpful in assisting my request. I've used Kaching Bundles for a couple of years now and they have yet to let me down. This is the first time I'm using Kaching's subscription app and it has been very helpful and easy to use so far, and I'm impressed by how well integrated it is with Bundles.

I initially had a frustrating experience after spending over 11 days trying to resolve an issue: the subscription widget not displaying on my featured product block on the home page. For a while, I kept being told the developers would be “pinged,” with little clarity or progress, which was disappointing.

That said, I want to update this review because the issue was eventually fixed, and the way it was handled in the end really mattered. Pijus was the first person to clearly explain why the issue was taking so long, was transparent about what was happening behind the scenes, and genuinely took ownership of making it a priority to resolve. I really appreciate the care, honesty, and follow-through once he stepped in. That level of transparency and effort made a big difference.

coming from another subscription app, the team helped immensely with importing and sorting out all existing subscriptions. I had many issues (my own fault) that Ieva, Juozas, Dovydas and Domantas all helped me with and couldn't have asked for a better service!

This app is a huge solution for our store because have the most sense to work with subscriptions. And we got some problems about misconfiguration of one of our products, we sent a request to support, and in less than an our, we got a reply from Dominykas with the correct information about the error, and the quick solution. Also they can fix it directly. Also they are working in good new features to solve our lifes! Thank you.

The app is really nice except there are two things that would make it better for me. When you are scrolling through your subscription pages, you don't number your pages and you can only select all of the ones for a particular page. For instance, I was trying to determine exactly how many total subscriptions I had including the cancelled and paused. I could only select 30. Then when I went to the following pages I couldn't just select all of those without going one by one. If you added that feature, it would be great.

Spent a week researching subscription apps and while there were many choices available, Kaching stood out to us the most. its robust, customizable, no revenue share pricing model and most importantly, works with our bundling app seamlessly which is also by Kaching. After installing the app and going through the setup to make sure it fits our needs, the level of support offered by Dovydas confirmed we made the right choice.
