Kaktus Slide Cart is incredibly predatory. The app makes it seem like disabling it will stop the charges, but it keeps billing you in the background. The “disabled” screen gives no warning, it only shows subscription options, giving the impression that your account is inactive. The only way to actually stop being charged is to uninstall the app entirely, and they refuse to issue refunds even after you realize what happened.

Great app - Very helpful support. Wouldn't reccomend another cart.
This app has lost me sales. I had numerous customers contact me to say they couldn't add to cart. When I disabled the app suddenly they could purchase again.

works great, one of the only couple of apps that has the free shipping bar (where it fills up until they earn free shipping), same thing for meeting a rewards threshold.

I love this app, it has all the necessary features and it looks great. Tom at support was really helpful when I struggled with an issue. He fixed it and everything works well now.

Anne has been extremely helpful. It's fairly easy to setup and has was you need :) unfortunately it went from free to $30 a month my growing store has to move on to another app. What a huge change, wish the tiers correlated to checkouts or just transitioned not so drastic.

This app helps simplify the checkout process. It was super easy to set up and when I did have a question, support answered right away. If you're looking for an alternative to the Shopify cart, give this one a try - you and your customers will like it.

I have been using this app for free and then it's crashed so I removed it and re-installed it and I found that I no longer can use it for free and I have to pay

I wish I can give a -ve star rating for this app. It worked really well for a few months, and then things broke, I mean came to a grinding halt. I am unable to login to their app and make any changes. Customer service exists but barely, and their ETA for fixing a production issue is 72 hours. I don't know how anyone can run an ecommerce store with this type of app and support when you are simply unable to make dynamic changes and see it take effect.
