Customer support is open Monday to Friday, so I recommend installing it on a weekday, unlike what I did. After exchanging a few screenshots, my issue was fixed; now, it looks and works out great! I highly recommend this app for your PRE-ORDER needs. Thank you!

It's a basic extension but is very useful. It works well and the features are editable. The "Help Service" for the user it's always available and responsive.

Adrian and the team have been nothing but the best.
I didnt know how to set up pre order and i have tried 3 apps but they required coding here you set up the products u want then they do the coding half!
