Customer service on this app is absolutely top! Andrian, from the support team, promptly replied to all of my questions.
In terms of functionality, it gets the job done but it can definitely get improved. The fact that the product quantity needs to be set to 0 and you have to manually track the orders from the Kaktus app is kind of of a thumbs down for me. This app does get the job done though. Another thing i think it can be improved is the way that the widget gets loaded into the DOM. It should probably get loaded during page load and not after. That way , when loading the product page, everything displays smooth and you won't see the pre order button replacing the original buy/add to cart button

Got great help from Andrian to guide me through the whole process. The app is very user-friendly for a newbie like me. Everything is pretty straightforward and if there's hiccup on the way, the team is right there to assist, best deal for a free deal. Can't wait for the store to go live to make the best out of this great app.

Very cool app... Allows us to continue selling Out of Stock items without having to display a SOLD OUT tag, and a number of our signature products were already sold out immediately after we launched. Big fans.

I asked them to replace my Add to cart button with an Order now button when the product is out of stock. They immediately assisted me, free of charge.

Vitalii was super helpful and quick to respond. The app works great. There were actually a few extra things I didn't need. I explained it to Vitalii and he quickly made some edits for me and now it's perfect for what we need. Honestly the best app support I;ve ever had. I'll definitely be checking out other apps from them.
