Awesome app so far. My business is just getting started and I wanted to implement pre-orders. Needed a little assistance with my store's back-end to get it working properly, and Vitalii with Kaktus helped me out. I'll provide an update on its progress as I plan to use pre-orders for each launch to cut back on supply cost.

Amazing for a free app!
Great to be able to select which products and variants you want to be available for Pre-order.
It wasn't showing up on the site, but that was me not enabling it on the theme side.
I chatted to Andrian on the in-app chat and he was super quick to assist me and also made a custom css change to the widget for me.

Really appreciate this great app!

I've tried several preorder apps and this by far has the best UI/UX experience. Very helpful staff and quick at responding. Awesome app! Thanks!

Very easy to use. The app is easily integrated with the website and it quickly gives all the options to each situation.

Easy to use and helpful customer service available in the early morning. I had trouble at first but Alex explained that once you set up the app, you have to go into the settings and sync the products for it to update on your website. Plus I was able to change it from saying pre-order to say back-order.

I have recently set up a website for my book and I was having some trouble setting up the PreOrder function. One of the agents, Liubava, really took the time to help me and I really appreciated it. Lovely service so far.

First off this is app is FREE!!!
As it is free what is better is their service. I am new to shopify and apps and when I needed help to setup preorder I was lucky to chat with LIUBAVA and she was patience and knowledgeable. Super great service for a FREE app. Can not beat the service.

It was actually pretty easy to set up. I was confused at first but then it became pretty intuitive.

I had a hiccup in gettting the widget to finally activate but even at 6:30EST there was a customer service rep in the chat ready to help me.

Liubava went to work, fixed the problem and it popped right up! I'm hoping for great things now! :)
