Just does the job, easy customizations and very intuitive interface to add plenty of options, I like the tracking dashboard as well.
I had some issues getting set up, live chat was very responsive and helpful. Were able to help me modify the design and get it set up.
It's quite simple to use and also very easy to set up. I got what I wanted with a free app. What else do you need?

Was trying out new pre-order apps and we ended up going live with this one - it was easy set up and had a fast loading time on our store.
Just when I went to announce on our social media, we did a double check and suddenly the widget was gone from the product page and the app was experiencing a server error - could not even open the app. Decided to give it some time and tried it again. Server came back maybe 20 minutes later and we went live. About two hours later we were notified by a customer trying to check out that the widget was gone and there was not an option to preorder and we saw that the server was done again. Bad first impression and definitely upsetting. We had to uninstall the same night and find an alternative so we wouldn't lose sales :/
Until now easy setup and does what it should do. No contact to support or team because there were no problems until now.

I been using the app just for a day but everything works perfect. I had a small issue with the Pre Sale button but I chatted with Vitalii and he resolved all my questions and issues very fast. The only thing that is and issue for me, is that there is no option to not sell when the products run out of stock and I have diferent limits to each variation, but it is manageable. Over all is a great app!
