This is a really good app. Tech support is readily available when needed, though once you get the hang of it, you don't need tech support. I'm glad to support these people.

Great to be able to select which products and variants you want to be available for Pre-order.
It wasn't showing up on the site, but that was me not enabling it on the theme side.
I chatted to Andrian on the in-app chat and he was super quick to assist me and also made a custom css change to the widget for me.

Wonderful customer service that helped us fix a small issue quickly. This app was easy to use and we were able to create a pre-order for some of our seasonal and holiday products. Highly recommend!

Awesome app so far. My business is just getting started and I wanted to implement pre-orders. Needed a little assistance with my store's back-end to get it working properly, and Vitalii with Kaktus helped me out. I'll provide an update on its progress as I plan to use pre-orders for each launch to cut back on supply cost.
Very easy to use. The app is easily integrated with the website and it quickly gives all the options to each situation.
Easy to use and helpful customer service available in the early morning. I had trouble at first but Alex explained that once you set up the app, you have to go into the settings and sync the products for it to update on your website. Plus I was able to change it from saying pre-order to say back-order.
Awesome at customer-support, asked for help and got it right away.
