Loving this so far - this has been one of the shortfalls of Shopify in the last 2½ years, and we're thrilled to now have the capability of managing pre-orders with this app!
Very Easy and Useful, can be customized without much of confusion.

Super fast customer support! The workflow for creating a preorder is intuitive and easy to use.

Horrible, does not load in properly half the time leading to regular checkouts and charge backs and randomly just stopped working after a few days. Customer support was pretty much worthless, use any other preorder app...
At the moment the app works well. They helped me install it. The attention has been very good, thank you!
